LRMG has recognised that some of the most challenging training interventions are those related to the implementation of new, enterprise-wide systems and business processes (i.e. SAP, Oracle, etc.)

LRMG has acquired a world-class business simulation tool - Epiplex (from the Epiance™ Group) that allows us, using our instructional design capability, to create multidimensional, role-based business simulations. Clients can also purchase the Epiplex tool that will allow them to empower themselves to create their own simulations, make changes to ensure sustainability and maintenance of system competence across the business.

These simulations form a key component of our larger change and training methodology that we have developed over time and rolled out to large corporate and public sector clients with much measured success.
