The LRMG is an accredited training provider and provides both accredited qualifications, skills programmes and customised learning programmes to organisations looking to maximise their investment in developing their human capital.

The following qualifications and skills programmes are provided:

• Generic Management (NQF level 5). This qualification aims to provide learners currently in management or those who enter at a middle management level with the necessary competencies required to operate effectively at a managerial level in all sectors.
• National Certificate in Management (NQF level 4) is designed to meet the needs of learners in junior management positions in a range of business sectors. It is a generic qualification with specialisation in management.
• Foundation in Leadership (Skills Programme) is aimed at enhancing the leadership skills of newly appointed supervisors or junior managers.
