"The LR Management Group were commissioned by the Mr. Price Group to plan and develop the implementation of a Quality Management System to enable our organisation to accredit as a learning provider with the W&R Seta and to facilitate greater compliance with BBBEE skills development code of good practice.

The team were given a very tight deadline to scope, plan and deliver on the objectives of the project, with very little time scheduled for remediation, therefore the QMS had to delivered on time with 100% accuracy.

They engaged with the various stakeholders of the project professionally and effectively in order to gather the information needed for the QMS. The level of interaction and collaboration enabled the smooth running of the project with each step of the project plan meeting its deadline and the final product of the project, the QMS, reflecting the personality of the organisation into its design and development.

LRMG were superb at understanding the needs of the Mr Price Group and the W&R Seta and partnered with the ETQA Manager and other stake holders very successfully to ensure we delivered correctly the first time, and this was achieved. So much so that the ETQA Manager praised the accuracy of documentation that was submitted and the quality of the QMS process flows and policies.
