BROAD-BASED BLACK ECONOMIC EMPOWERMENT (BBBEE)

We are a 50.9% black-owned company and we subscribe to the codes of good practice for BBBEE and have for a number of years been rated by the Empowerdex rating agency on the generic scorecard.

We are proud to recently have improved our rating from a level 4 to a level 3 contributor. This means that not only do our clients receive recognition of 110% for their procurement spend with The LR Management Group, but owing to us being rated a value adding enterprise we can offer enhanced recognition of 1.25 times for companies that are also value-adding suppliers.
